Come home with something meaningful.
Inara creates thoughtfully designed retreats and shared experiences that bring people together through adventure, creativity, connection, and a little room to breathe.
THE INARA EXPERIENCE
Everything you love about getting away.
With room for something more.
A change of scenery. New experiences. Good food. Time to relax, explore, laugh, and enjoy the people you’re with. Those are some of the best parts of a vacation, and we wouldn’t dream of leaving them out.
At Inara, we add something else.
Our retreats bring intentional, creatively designed experiences into the time you spend away. Through hands-on activities, meaningful conversations, shared exploration, and opportunities for reflection, we invite you to experience familiar things in unfamiliar ways.
We create the opportunities. You choose how to experience them.

Start a conversationThe way we make space
An experience can be shared.
What you take from it is yours.
Return.
Step outside the usual roles and routines. Make room to notice what is actually yours.
Rewrite.
Get curious. Try something unfamiliar. See a familiar story from a different perspective.
Become.
Consider what you want to carry forward, what you might try differently, and what support would help.
Inara for organizations
Your people deserve
more than another
off-site meeting.
Behind every role is a person. Behind every team is an ecosystem of relationships, expectations, habits, and needs.
Inara creates customized workshops and facilitated experiences around that reality, from leadership and communication to team connection, burnout, and culture.
We begin with your people, your context, and what you want to be different when everyone returns to work.
Clinician-founded. Creatively held.
Room to be human.
Not a new you.
More you.
Inara was founded by Alleia Davila, LCSW, to bring creativity, connection, play, reflection, and meaningful choice into thoughtfully designed experiences.
Clinical knowledge informs the way we consider structure, communication, and different needs. The experience itself is an invitation to explore, rather than a prescribed conclusion you’re expected to reach.
You may connect through conversation. Or making something. Or movement, writing, laughter, or a quiet moment that gives you room to notice.
Inara retreats are not psychotherapy. You don’t need to perform vulnerability, produce a breakthrough, or arrive with a story that makes your time away feel deserved.
A few things you might be wondering
Curiosity is welcome here.
Do I need to know which retreat is right for me?
No. Tell us a little about what brought you here, who’s coming, and what you’re looking for. We can explore the available experiences together before you make a decision.
Is Inara therapy?
Inara retreats are not psychotherapy, and attending does not create a therapist-client relationship. Clinical knowledge informs the design and facilitation, while each experience clearly describes its scope and any preparation requirements.
What if I’m not good at groups or making things?
You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room or make something worthy of a gallery wall. Experiences offer different ways to participate. Tell us about anything that would help you feel more comfortable.
Do I have to share personal things?
No forced vulnerability. You decide what is yours to share. Each experience has its own structure, and we’ll help you understand what participation looks like before registration.
What about accessibility, sensory, or dietary needs?
Let’s talk early. Accessibility varies by venue and experience. We’ll discuss your needs and give you accurate information about the setting and available accommodations.
Where do I find prices, dates, and registration details?
Explore the individual experience pages or send an inquiry for current details. We’ll confirm the location, inclusions, preparation, payment options, and applicable cancellation terms before you commit.
Can my organization hire Inara?
Yes. Start with the corporate inquiry or a corporate conversation. We’ll explore your team, the setting, the scope, and the experience you want to create.
There’s a real person on the other side.
Let’s start
the conversation.
You don’t need a perfect explanation. Tell us what brought you here.
For you or someone you love.
Ask about an experience, share what you’re hoping for, or talk through which direction might fit.
