RETURN
A creative retreat
for what’s next.
Three days of reflection, creativity, conversation, body-based options, and real downtime. Same core experience. Two ways to make room for it.
SAME YOU. MORE YOU.
Does any of this feel familiar?
Your life can be working.
You can still want
something different.
You go to work. People rely on you. Things get handled. You can even have a really good life. And somewhere in all that competence, you’ve gotten harder to hear.
RETURN makes room to notice what is actually happening in your life, explore what matters, and consider what you want to do with it.
Talk. Write. Make something. Think. Go outside. Sit quietly. You don’t have to be creative, share everything, or perform vulnerability correctly.
There is no suffering threshold.
Choose the space around your experience
Two ways in.
Both options include the full three-day core RETURN experience. The difference is the time and hospitality around it.
Go home each night
Day RETURN
$895The full core experience, with your evenings at home.

What actually happens?
A thoughtful structure.
More than one way to participate.
Before.
Preparation materials help you consider what is bringing you here. We’ll explain any required preparation and answer questions before you commit.
During.
Reflection, creative activities, conversation, body-based options, and downtime offer different ways to notice and explore. You choose what is yours to share.
After.
Integration materials support reflection on what you want to carry into everyday life. Ask about additional coaching support if that would be useful.
The RETURN pathway
Notice what’s here.
Explore what’s possible.
Stories → Friction → Notice → Know → Need → Revision → Support
The pathway gives the experience a structure. It doesn’t dictate what you should discover, feel, or choose.
RETURN is a facilitated experiential retreat, not group therapy. Clinical knowledge informs how the experience is designed and held.
Questions about fit, accessibility, or participation are welcome. We would rather have a clear conversation than ask you to guess.
A few real questions
Before you decide.
Do I have to share personal things?
No. You decide what is yours to share. The retreat offers different ways to participate, and we can talk through what that looks like beforehand.
Do I have to be creative?
No. The activities are opportunities to explore and notice. You don’t need artistic experience or a finished product to get anything out of making something.
Is this therapy?
No. RETURN is a facilitated experiential retreat. Participation does not create a therapist-client relationship, and the retreat is not a crisis service or substitute for ongoing care.
What’s the difference between Day and Immersive?
The core three-day RETURN experience is the same. Day guests go home at night. Immersive includes lodging, breakfast and dinner, and additional morning/evening retreat space and creative studio access.
Can I talk to someone before registering?
Absolutely. Book a 20-minute retreat conversation with Alleia, or send an inquiry. We can discuss fit, current availability, preparation, and the practical details.
No perfect explanation required.
Curious about RETURN?
We can talk about what’s drawing you here and whether this experience makes sense for you.
