Reconnect Before the Rush

Las Vegas, Nevada | February 4 through 7, 2027

Reconnect Before the Rush is a small, clinician led retreat for couples who want to strengthen their connection before distance, resentment, or everyday demands become a crisis.

This experience gives couples intentional time away from responsibilities and routines so they can slow down, enjoy one another, communicate more openly, and remember what exists beyond the roles they manage together.

Through guided conversations, shared experiences, restorative activities, private reflection, and practical integration, couples will explore how they relate to one another and what they want to carry forward. The goal is not to create a perfect relationship. It is to help couples reconnect with greater honesty, curiosity, playfulness, and intention.

Registration

Couples Registration: $6,500 per couple

Registration covers two participating partners and the complete Reconnect Before the Rush retreat experience.

Capacity is limited to seven couples to preserve an intimate, supportive environment.

What Registration Includes

Registration includes:

• Three nights of accommodations at the retreat property
• Clinician led couples programming
• Guided individual and shared reflection
• Restorative and connection focused experiences included in the itinerary
• Meals and refreshments provided during the retreat
• Participant workbooks and program materials for both partners
• Inara participant gifts
• Pre retreat communication and preparation materials
• Post retreat integration resources

Airfare, transportation to and from Las Vegas, personal travel expenses, travel insurance, and activities or purchases outside the scheduled retreat itinerary are not included unless expressly stated in writing.

Deposit and Final Payment

A $1,500 deposit is required to reserve one couple’s space. The deposit is applied toward the total registration price.

The remaining balance of $5,000 is due no later than January 4, 2027.

Registration is not considered fully paid until the complete balance has been received. Failure to pay the remaining balance by January 4 may result in the couple’s space being released unless a written payment arrangement has been approved by Inara Group LLC.

Participant Cancellation Policy

The $1,500 deposit becomes nonrefundable after January 4, 2027.

If a couple cancels on or before January 21, 2027, all payments received beyond the $1,500 deposit will be refunded.

If a couple cancels after January 21, 2027, all payments are nonrefundable because Inara may be unable to fill the space or recover committed retreat expenses within that timeframe.

Registration applies to the couple accepted through Inara’s registration and screening process. Substitution of either participating partner requires prior written approval from Inara Group LLC.

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance with appropriate trip cancellation coverage. Inara Group LLC is not responsible for nonrefundable airfare, transportation, lodging, missed work, or other personal travel expenses.

If Inara Cancels the Retreat

The retreat requires sufficient enrollment to proceed. If Inara Group LLC cancels the retreat because minimum enrollment is not reached or because Inara cannot safely or reasonably provide the program, registered couples may choose either:

• A full refund of all payments made to Inara Group LLC, including the deposit
• A transfer of all payments to another eligible Inara retreat

Inara Group LLC is not responsible for airfare, transportation, travel insurance, missed work, or other expenses purchased separately by participants. Couples should avoid purchasing nonrefundable travel arrangements or obtain travel insurance that protects those costs.

Important Program Information

Reconnect Before the Rush is an educational and experiential wellness retreat. Although programming is led by licensed clinicians, participation does not establish a therapist client relationship. The retreat is not couples therapy, psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis care, or a substitute for individualized mental health services.

Participation is subject to completion of all required registration materials and confirmation that the retreat is appropriate for both partners.
